1. Prepare the documentation needed

• Proof of Purchase (Invoice, Receipt) that includes the MTM, and Serial Number
• Product MTM (Part Number)
• Product MTM and Serial can be found on the product box (back, side or inside)

2. Photograph or Key-in the Product Serial Number

• Take a clear photograph of the Product Serial Number. This process helps to ensure the verification of the submission.

3. Photograph / Upload the Proof of Purchase

• Capture the proof of purchase. Please, ensure the image is clear. This process helps to ensure the verification of the submission. 

*E.g. of a Proof of Purchase. Ensure the Lenovo product is listed in the invoice, including the Product MTM, and Serial Number. 

4. Enter the Purchase Date

• Provide the date of the Product purchase as indicated on the Proof of Purchase (Invoice / Receipt). This process helps to ensure the verification of the submission. 

5. Fill in your Personal Information

• Complete all required fields. Including your name, contact information and any other specifics necessary to process your submission. 

6. Confirm the information

• Review and verify that all information submitted is accurate, and complete. 

7. Track your Submission 

• Check the status of the submission
